We asked them to fix our front door which was coming off the bottom hinge and clipping the frame and not able to close. 8hrs, several bunnings trips and $500 later the door was "fixed". The bottom hinge was reattached but the door still clipped the frame and wouldn't close properly which caused the top and middle hinge to come off. I called to ask them to fix it properly but they said I would have to pay another full amount due to it being different part of the door from the initial request.
